This Website and Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) has been adopted by CablingCareers.com,
LLC a Texas Limited Liability Company doing business as CablingCareers.com. (“Cabling Careers”).
WEBSITE POLICY
Terms of Use. This Policy contains the Terms and Conditions
governing your use of the CablingCareers.com website (“the Website”). CablingCareers may revise this Policy
at any time without notice. Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms of
this Policy.
Intellectual Property Rights. All content on the Website is
the sole property of CablingCareers and is protected by US copyright and international treaties.
CablingCareers authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on the Website solely for
your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute content, or
use it in any other way for commercial purpose.
Use of Site. The Website and its services are intended for
individuals seeking employment and for employers or recruiters seeking candidates for employment. The
Website databases are private and for use by authorized users only. CablingCareers reserves the right to
revoke user’s authorization in the event user breaches any of the terms outlined.
Fees/Refunds. CablingCareers imposes a charge to users for
access to post jobs and view resumes as outlined in the price section of the Website. These services may be
offered on a pay-for-use basis. Only authorized users shall be permitted to access the Website. User agrees
by accessing these services to be responsible for all fees associated with said services. User waives any
and all rights to refunds once they have accessed and or used such services.
Cancellations. User agrees that once a job has been posted to
the website, no cancellations can be made. If an error is made in your initial posting, you may contact us
at
sales@CablingCareers.com and we will
correct the error at no charge, provided we are notified within the first 24 hours of your initial
submission. Jobs posted for more than 24 hours may not be cancelled and may not be refunded.
Subscriptions/Memberships. CablingCareers may offer
subscriptions or memberships on a recurring basis. CablingCareers reserves the right to suspend or terminate
a user’s subscription or membership for any violation of the terms and conditions. Such termination or
suspension may include removal of all job slots and termination of user’s access to the resume search engine.
Should a user’s account be terminated, user waives any and all right to receive refunds of any and
all unused portions of remaining subscription or membership regardless of whether member has paid in advance
for such privileges. Memberships or subscriptions billed on a monthly basis may be renewed by accessing the
products section of the website. User agrees that once purchased subscription services may not be cancelled
for any reason.
Site Content. CablingCareers makes no guarantees and assumes no
responsibility for the content of the Website or for the actions or conduct of its users. Use of the
information contained within the Website and interaction with other users is solely at user’s risk.
CablingCareers makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of the use of the Website and does not
guarantee that jobs posted will be filled.
No Warranty. CablingCareers does not warrant against viruses,
worms, or other mechanisms which may cause harm to user’s computer, server, or network. CablingCareers shall
not be responsible for damages to hardware, data loss, or software which may occur because of the use of the
Website. You agree that use of any information obtained from the Website is at your own risk.
PRIVACY POLICY
In compliance with Section 35.581 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code. This Policy has also been structured
to conform to applicable industry standards and practices existing at the time of its posting, including those
promoted by the Online Privacy Alliance at www.privacyalliance.org, trust-e at www.etrust.com or
www.truste.com, among others. This Privacy Policy describes:

Identifying Information to any third party. It is CablingCareers’ policy, as set forth hereunder, to undertake
reasonable efforts to protect Personal Identifying Information. However, in no event does CablingCareers
warrant or guarantee the complete secrecy of such information.
Definitions. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following
terms shall have the meanings assigned to them hereunder:

number, address, or routing code; (vi) telecommunication access device, including debit
and credit card information; or (vii) financial institution account number or any other

How Personal Identifying Information is Collected
CablingCareers’ Website. If you are visiting the Website
(http://www.cablingcareers.com), CablingCareers may collect the following information: the full Uniform Resource
Locator ("URL") of the Web page from which you came to the Website; your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, which
may include a domain name; the date and time for each page you view; the name of and information about any
advertisement that brought you to the Website; searches you perform, links you click on; and computer and
connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform. We also transmit cookies
to your computer so we can track the pages of the Website that you view and the order in which you view them. Any
other information that you might submit to the Website, including Personal Identifying Information, may be
maintained by CablingCareers.
Resume Information. Should you be interested in any job placement
opportunities provided by CablingCareers, you will be required to submit your resume to CablingCareers. Your
resume may contain Personal Identifying Information. Likewise, employers or recruiters seeking candidates for
employment via CablingCareers may submit information to CablingCareers that constitutes Personal Identifying
Information.
Communications with CablingCareers. If you communicate with
CablingCareers, we may store copies of such communiqués (including e-mail or similar communications) between you
and CablingCareers. This can result in the collection of your e-mail address or other Personal Identifying
Information you may have disclosed in your communiqués.
How And When Personal Identifying Information Is Used
Resume Information. Information from your resume will be posted on
the Website for view by potential employers.
Cookies. "Cookies" are files stored on your computer's hard drive
by your browser. CablingCareers may use cookies for such functions as verifying that you are an CablingCareers
user, counting and tracking your CablingCareers Website visits, setting the appearance of the toolbar, helping
the toolbar remember which module and tab you were last on and which search feature you used last, remembering
the default search engine that you used in our Web search feature, determining the length of time you spent on a
Web page, and keeping the nickname you used when you wrote your last Web review. We further use cookies to
determine the number of visitors that came to the CablingCareers Website through a particular advertisement. Your
CablingCareers cookie number is also used to create usage and shopping paths and to correlate those with any
demographic information you provide, but we do not use your cookies, usage paths, shopping paths, or product
purchasing information to attempt to determine your identity. Your cookie also may contain information about the
last several Websites that you visited.

treated as CablingCareers’ Proprietary Information. CablingCareers attempts to physically secure “hard copies”
of its Business Records containing Personal Identifying Information. CablingCareers uses commercially
reasonable computer security safeguards to protect its databases and servers against risks of loss,
unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification, or inadvertent or improper disclosure of data. These
risks, however, cannot be completely eliminated and CablingCareers therefore cannot guarantee complete
security. CablingCareers also segregates certain Personally Identifiable Information provided by you. Any
e-mail address you chose to provide is stored in a database. Your usage paths are stored on a separate database
and server that can be accessed only by a limited number of CablingCareers employees. Also, any demographic
information you chose to provide is stored, along with your CablingCareers cookie number and the name of any
advertisement that brought you to the CablingCareers download, in a database separate from e-mail addresses, Web
usage path information, and shopping path information. If you send us an email, you should know that email is not
necessarily secure against interception. So, if your communication includes sensitive information like your bank
account, charge card, or social security number, and you prefer not to use one of our secure online complaint
forms, contact us by postal mail or telephone rather than email.
How Personal Identifying Information Is Disposed
When CablingCareers disposes of a Business Record that contains Personal Identifying Information, CablingCareers
will modify the Personal Identifying Information by shredding, erasing, or other means, to make it unreadable or
undecipherable. CablingCareers may, but shall not be required to contract with a person engaged in the business
of disposing of records for the modification of Personal Identifying Information.
